The

her own stock-purchasing schedule with automatic
investment transactions. She determines the
exact dollar amount she wishes to invest as
well as choosing the frequency - weekly, monthly
or quarterly. With our Unlimited Investing Plan,
this
long-term investor pays only $14.99 per
month for unlimited E-ZVestsm
trades. Using our Basic Investing Plan, she
will pay only $6.99 each month, which
includes her first two buy, sell or E-ZVestsm
trades.

The
BUYandBUYandHOLDer invests multiple times
each month. To maximize the power of his dollar,
he uses our Unlimited Investing Plan and gets
unlimited trades for $14.99 each month.
The BUYandBUYandHOLDer invests in at least 5
or 6 stocks regularly to diversify his portfolio
and to take advantage of dollar cost averaging.

BUYandHOLD IRAer
The
BUYandHOLD IRAer has an eye out for her
retirement. She looks for the benefits of having
an IRA, including the tax-deferred status of her
contributions. She can contribute $4,000 or 100%
of earned income per year- whichever is less (customers
age 50 or older, can contribute $5,000). The BUYandHOLD
IRAer likes the low cost per trade of $2.99.
If she sets up automatic monthly investments with
our E-ZVestsm
service, her $25 annual IRA fee is waived.

BUYandHOLDer Jr.
The BUYandHOLDer Jr. has begun investing for her financial future while still a child. Her parents opened a Custodial Account for her (although as legal custodians, her parents retain control until she comes of age). She gets to learn all about money and investing while her parents prepare for her future. The BUYandHOLDer Jr. may also have a Coverdell ESA (formerly an Education IRA) opened by her parents to assist in the financing of her education.

routes orders to Oppenheimer (member NYSE/SIPC) three
times a day, and provides real-time trade executions, unless
BUYandHOLD or any of its agents or affiliates experience technical,
mechanical or other difficulties, including but not limited to,
delays or loss of service resulting from computer, electronic,
mechanical, or communication line failure, heavy trading volume
and/or market conditions beyond our control.
