It also centrally manages Brand Marketing, Supply Chain and Sales organizations. In 2008, the Company's most considerable product launches included Anew Ultimate Contouring Eye System, Bond Girl fragrance, Pro-to-Go Lipstick, Anew Ultimate Age Repair Elixir, Supershock Mascara, Ultra Color Rich Plumping Lipstick, U by Ungaro fragrances and Anew Rejuvenate Eye. The Company's business is conducted worldwide, mainly in the direct selling channel. Sales promotion and sales development activities are directed at assisting Representatives, through sales aids such as brochures, product samples and demonstration products. The raw materials, consists chiefly of essential oils, chemicals, containers and packaging components. The Company faces competition from various products and product lines both domestically and internationally. Worldwide, it competes against products sold to consumers by other direct-selling and direct-sales companies and through the Internet, and against products sold through the mass market and prestige retail channels.
